Here is the local bus timetable from Weiden to Waidhaus. On the way back I got a Flixbus from Weiden - they are good because you can book one or just cancel it or change it for a fee. If people are driving from Nuremberg to Czech Republic then they will go on the highway right past Rozvadov so you can book a seat and get them to drop you off.
